Cam Box X-0007

Cam Box X-0007  is a complete system, which is designed to test unit pump and unit injectors. It is easy to use and has ergonomic structure. By using its adapters, it is possible to test every kind of injectors and pumps and measure theirs efficiencies. It consists of 4 parts.

1-CAMBOX

It is a closed box. Camshaft is working in a oily environment. It could be connected to diesel pump test bench via coupling connection. The unit pump and unit injector, which will be tested, are run in horizontal colons of cambox by using adapters. It is controlled according to test plans and the efficiencies are measured.

2-SPARK ADJUSTMENT LOCK

Spark adjustment of unit pump and unit injector is done by sente pin practically.

3-SIMULATOR

It triggers sparkle according to rotation speed in sync. It has a database which stores technical information about the tested injectors and pumps and also related test plans. By factory default there are some test plans of some injectors and pumps installed. Also it is possible to insert additional informations into database.

4-ADAPTER SET

Each brand and model unit pump and injector has different size and structure. For each of them, different adapters are designed. There is a special system on cambox, which makes the use of adapters easy and secure.
