GENERAL PROPERTIES

C-MAX 20 CR12 test benches are designed to work fast , precise and ergonomic.The DC motor is directly connected to the pump by a mechanism.The system provides the power needed to test a large variety of pumps.The motor ,which can drive inline and rotary pump sets from 8-12 cylinders,can be adjusted from 0 to 4000 rpm with ±1 rpm precision.Electronic feedback system enables to test all the pumps precisely with the constant speed system.The user adjusts the speed, test oil temperature and stroke counter from the buttons located on the control panel.The emergency buttons which stop all the functions of the machine in case of danger are located in both sides of the machine.

 

OPERATION SYSTEM

In the machine , DC motor with closed loop speed control system is used.By the usage of an encoder placed at the shaft of the motor, the feedback mechanism keeps the motor speed in a tolerance of one revolution/minute by controlling in every half second.The user does the tests in optimum time by using the pre-adjusted motor values saved in the computer system.In the system , an electronic stop system is placed to enable the motor stop from high speed values.That system also enables saving from test period.All the mechanism connecting the pump to the machine are free of balance, in an speed of the motor, even very high , no vibration is formed on the machine.

 

CONTROL PANEL AND DISPLAY SYSTEM

Electronic control system adjusts all the machine functions properly.Motor rotation speed,test oil temperature and the stroke count can be displayed on the lcd screen.The user adjusts all the test values easily by the electronic control unit.The keybord is manufactured from chemical resistant material.

 
TEST FLUID HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

The test oil chamber is 50 liters capacity.The transfer pump feeds 16 liters/ minute.The transfer pressure can be adjusted by a regulator from 0 to 6 bar.The gauges on the machine can show the pressure up to 4 bar and also vacuum pressure.For adjusting the protrusion angles, high pressure up to 60 bar feeding system is used.Integral hydraulic system enables to reach all the need feed pressure values by one feed pump.The test oil temperature can be read both in inlet and outlet.
 
AIR PRESSURE SYSTEM

Air pressure can be adjusted by a regulator placed on the machine from 0 to 16 bar.
 
DC POWER SYSTEM

For the control of the solenoids of some pumps, the machine sources 12v and 24v voltages; the standard wires for connection are served with the machine.Also, 220v supply socket is placed on the machine.
